Three unique rooms, all named after flowers native to the Lake Forest area, feature versatile pre-function space and natural lighting from floor-to-ceiling windows. With a dedicated Hyatt Event Host taking care of all the fine details, the life cycle of your meeting will bloom from start to finish.

Our modern event spaces also include a beautiful outdoor patio that can be used for break or the main event!
THE ASTER ROOM
The hotel’s largest event space, The Aster Room, features 2,232 square feet of flexible event space to host up to 200 guests perfect for weddings, parties, galas, or other special events. With floor to ceiling windows on three sides of the room, attendees will enjoy beautiful natural lighting through the space which can also be divided into two smaller 1,116 square foot breakouts.
THE BLUE STEM ROOM
The intimate Blue Stem Room can hosts groups of up to 45 people, but is best suited for small board meetings or receptions. The 378 square foot room features double doors that open to a lovely outdoor patio.
THE LUPINE ROOM
Located on the 1st floor, closest to the Lobby, The Lupine Room can be divided into two smaller 838 square foot breakouts or used as a 1,676 square foot ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests. The brand new event space also features floor to ceiling windows and flat screen TVs that make meeting AV a breeze.
PRE-FUNCTION SPACE
Located outside The Blue Stem Room and The Aster Room, The Pre-Function Space is 400 square feet of flexible arrival or departure space that can be used for registration, coat checks, breaks, and more.
FORESTER CATERING
The dining experience for your meeting will be anything but ordinary with custom catering from our in-house restaurant, Oaken Bistro + Bar. Discover innovative twists on traditional favorites from an ever-evolving seasonal menu. Our Executive Chef can also create custom menus to fit every appetite and dietary restriction.
